Payments: A non-refundable date reservation fee of $1000 is due at the time of booking. Personal checks, money orders, cashier checks and cash are accepted. PayPal is also available. The balance will be due on a fee schedule based on the amount of time between booking and your event. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your date.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellations, refunds will be based on the following schedule: Cancellations made 9 months prior to date will receive 50%; 6 months prior 25% under six months there will be no refund. In each instance, refunds will be less the non-refundable deposit and any documented expenses that have already been incurred on behalf of the client, if any.
Inclement Weather: Should weather become a factor at your event, the venue will offer the next available date to hold your event, including the next day. If any rentals are to be secured to continue the event, client will be responsible for the cost thereof. The venue cannot “rain proof” any event and cannot accommodate large tents of the grounds.
Rehearsal: Rehearsals will be one hour and the venue will try to accommodate your chosen rehearsal date and time. No guarantee of Friday rehearsals, though most times it does not present a problem. A facility fee will be charged if rehearsal exceeds one hour.
Physically Challenged Guests: The size of the venue and uneven walking surfaces can make this facility a difficult place for elderly or physically-impaired guests to navigate. Please take their comfort into account when choosing this venue.
Miscellaneous: Bridal parties exceeding 16 (including the bride and groom and children) will incur an additional charge.
